Experience of our employees
"As a family man, job security is particularly important to me."
"I have been with Häcker for 17 years now and I still have fun and enthusiasm. After my apprenticeship, I was able to choose the department in which I wanted to work and develop. I found the job security and being taken on after my training particularly important for my life planning."
Pascal Meier, Manager Product Marketing
"I can recommend a job at Häcker in Germany to anyone."
"Looking for a new career start, I discovered Germany for myself. I feel really comfortable here, I have a great job and very nice colleagues. Häcker made it very easy for me to get started with a special induction programme, also in terms of language. When I look back on my five years at Häcker Küchen in Germany, I only see positive things: open people, fair dealings, successful career advancement and a very high quality of life. This attempt to gain a foothold abroad has turned into a long-term life plan."
Roman Fossurier, a Frenchman by birth and with Häcker Küchen for five years now

- The last two references
- Certificates or proof of internship, if applicable
- Current photo (desirable)
- Be sure to check for spelling mistakes
- After sending: check your e-mail box regularly
Concrete tips for your online application
More and more companies are opting for the digital, i.e. paperless application process. You should observe the following rules when applying online:
- Do not send your application to just any e-mail address, but use our Häcker application portal. Here you can upload your complete documents. This ensures that your application does not end up in the middle of nowhere but exactly where we can see and process it.
- Your documents should ideally be uploaded in PDF format.
- Make sure that your contact details, i.e. name, telephone number and email address, are clearly visible.
- Better safe than sorry: Before you upload your application documents, check them again for completeness.
Checklist for your CV
At the beginning there is always your personal data:
- First and last name
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
After your personal details come the details of your school education.
- Follow an "antichronological order" and start with your current situation.
- On the left is the period, writing from month/year to month/year (in numbers).
- On the right (again, after two/three indentations), list the school, the place of school and, below that, your (intended) degree, with the grade (or expected grade) in brackets.
After your school education, your internships and part-time jobs follow.
- Start with your current job
- Again, the period from month/year to month/year is on the left.
- On the right (after two/three indentations) is the name, for example: student internship, part-time job, temporary help and the full name of the company where you worked, for example "Student internship at Muster GmbH".
- Underneath, explain in bullet points what you did during your practical work or what skills you gained. Concentrate on the things that could be important for your desired training position.
- Under the item "Skills" you list acquired skills that qualify you for the training.
- Skills can be, for example, a driving licence (class B), foreign language skills (German [native language], English [good spoken and written or basic knowledge]) and IT skills (in which software).
- Last but not least, remember the date and signature!
If no date is given, we are always looking for the next possible date.
We are happy to receive any unsolicited application.
For reasons of sustainability, we prefer applications via our job portal or by e-mail. If it is not possible for you to apply in this way, a written application in paper form is of course also possible.
As a rule, processing takes a maximum of three weeks.
