AV 2045 – A statement in black & white
Black and white are simply inevitable in modern kitchen design. These striking colours are highly in vogue. Purist is also an attribute for the AV 2045, our kitchen inspiration in black and white. Anyone who likes the reduced and timeless style will be impressed by this Häcker kitchen in minimalist design at first glance.
Make a statement: elegantly combined high-gloss white lacquer fronts with black marble finish. Especially beautiful if the worktop is designed in the same finish as the surface of the wall unit. The plinth of the kitchen island, as well as the pull-outs on the side facing the kitchen are marble black.
Form follows function – more freedom in room design
The AV 2045 is the ideal kitchen for open-plan concepts. For some time now, kitchen experts have been using the term “kitchen space” instead of just talking about “kitchen”. The underlying idea is a holistic planning and design concept that integrates the kitchen into the living area. This includes the wall, floor and ceiling as well as the design of the adjoining living-area furniture, the lighting system and the accessories used.
The kitchen island appears extremely filigree due to the slender legs. The white, high-gloss kitchen block under the worktop seems to float. This gives a light and airy impression, as the eye does not perceive it as completely connected to the worktop. The black plinth area in marble finish lends the island optically the necessary stability from the living-area side. Nice detail: Various four-piece shelves in the white kitchen block offer space for different decorative items.
Black is the new black
Matching the colour of the worktop and the induction hob with integrated fume extractor, the sink and fittings are also black. The special colours of the fittings: gold, black or copper have conquered the kitchen. The interplay of harmonious forms is in the foreground. Thus, the diameter of this matt black tap is the same from the bottom to top.
The advantage over conventional kitchens without an island: You can work comfortably on all four sides of the worktop. Whether alone, in pairs or together with several people. The kitchen island offers four pull-outs at the back, in which kitchen equipment can be stored conveniently. The practical waste system is also integrated here. More storage space is available in the upper and lower cabinets, which are recessed into the wall. Behind the dark marble doors, there is an oven and steam cooker at eye level, as well as the freezer and refrigerator.
Let´s stick together – kitchen and living area in a matching look
The sideboard in the living area is designed in the same look as the AV 2045, merging the kitchen and living area and creating a smooth flow. The white high-gloss fronts of sideboard are fitted with the same handles as the kitchen. And the dark marble finish of the worktop is repeated here in the form of a rear wall. A sideboard offers additional storage space inside, as well as a beautiful display area for special pieces, decorations, books or plants.
Shelves with dark steel and a white base plate under the sideboard further enhance the elegant charm of this living-room furniture and offer additional storage space. Sideboards and shelves for the living area in the same look as the kitchen are trend, as are matching solutions for wardrobes, bathrooms or dressing rooms. Also, the “invisible” utility room, which is often located behind the kitchen wall, is new and absolutely hip. In future, kitchen furniture will increasingly take over the function of living-room furniture - for many people this is often only apparent at second glance.
