Häcker Kitchens and Markus Sander have mutually agreed to part ways. The Managing Director Sales will leave the company at the end of November 2024. Marcus Roth (Germany/Austria) and Olaf Thuleweit (Export) will assume responsibility for sales on an interim basis until a successor is named. The interim management from within the company ensures that cooperation with customers and other partners will continue smoothly at the usual high level.

About ten years ago, Markus Sander joined the Häcker Kitchens family business in Rödinghausen, East Westphalia, as Managing Director. In recent years, he and his team have contributed to the successful development of the business. As a result of different views on the company’s future sales orientation in a persistently challenging economic environment, the decision has been taken to go separate ways in future. “On behalf of the entire Häcker Kitchens management team, I would like to thank Markus Sander for the successful collaboration during the past ten years. The entire company has developed impressively during this time and Markus Sander has made an important contribution to this with his expertise and commitment. Interim management competently filled with Marcus Roth and Olaf Thuleweit

Until the new managing director is appointed, Marcus Roth and Olaf Thuleweit will assume interim responsibility for sales. No changes have been made to the rest of the management team, made up of Jochen Finkemeier (managing partner), Stefan Möller (commercial director) and Dirk Krupka (technical director).

For almost ten years, Olaf Thuleweit has been responsible for the household appliances division and marketing the Blaupunkt own brand at Häcker as managing director of HK Appliances. As part of their additional interim roles, Marcus Roth and Olaf Thuleweit have an experienced and well-rehearsed sales team at their side with Jörg Varnholt (Europe) and Thomas Klee (Asia & Middle East).

The Häcker Kitchens management is already seeking a replacement for the vacant position and expects the position to be filled by the end of 2025.
