Häcker strengthens its leadership team with a new C-level structure

Rödinghausen, November 2025 – Häcker, one of the leading family-owned companies in the European kitchen furniture industry, is realigning its leadership structure. Effective November 1, 2025, a modern C-level structure will be implemented, clearly defining responsibilities, accelera-ting decision-making processes, and setting the course for sustainable growth.

With the establishment of Finkemeier Holding, the owner family has laid the strategic foundation for the future of the entire group over the past two years. Now, this realignment is also becoming visible at Häcker, the largest company in the group: As of November 1, 2025, a new C-level structure will be introduced, setting international standards, creating clear responsibilities, and distributing operational leadership across several experienced shoulders.

Clear Responsibilities, Modern Structures

The new structure follows international standards and distributes operational responsibility across four clearly defined business areas:

  • Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Stefan Möller: Coordinates operational processes and ensures effi-ciency in procedures and structures.
  • Chief Sales Officer (CSO) – Matthias Berens: Responsible for sales and marketing and will further expand international market development. The experi-enced industry expert returns to the Häcker Group af-ter several years in leading positions.
  • Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Dirk Krupka: Manages technological advancement and is responsi-ble for strategic innovation projects in production and technology.
  • Chief Digital Officer (CDO) – Jan Finkemeier: As a representative of the fifth generation of owners, will strategically and operationally drive digital trans-formation. Supported by experienced leaders and mentors from the management team.

Continuity in Corporate Management

Jochen Finkemeier remains as shareholder and CEO, spokesperson of the management board. Together with Stefan Möller, he has played a key role in developing the new leadership structure over the past two years. “With this structure, we create clarity, speed, and future viability,” says Finkemeier. “We strengthen Häcker in its core business and combine proven values with a modern leadership culture.”

Generational Change with Foresight

With the entry of Jan Finkemeier as Chief Digital Officer, the fifth generation is taking on operational responsibility in the family business for the first time. His focus is on digitalisation, innovation, and the expansion of data-driven processes. “The fact that Jan, the next generation, is taking responsibility fills me with great pride. It is a sign of both continuity and future orientation,” says Jochen Finkemeier.

In the course of the reorganisation, Olaf Thuleweit will leave his position as Managing Director of Häcker and move to Finkemeier Holding as Head of Operational Excellence. In this role, he will be responsible for topics such as process optimisation, synergies, and executive support. Dirk Krupka, who previously also managed the digitalisation area, will hand this over to Jan Finkemeier and accompany the transition as a mentor. Stefan Möller will continue to serve as COO before moving to the holding company at the turn of the year 2026/2027 to fully focus on strategic tasks. A succession plan for operational management is already in place.
Future Marked by Efficiency and Responsibility

With the new structure, Häcker strengthens its ability to act, promotes innovation, and creates a reliable basis for sustaina-ble growth – in the interests of customers, partners, and employees. “We remain who we are – a family business with clear values. At the same time, we are actively shaping change to remain successful in the future,” Finkemeier concludes.

Häcker—The Company
Häcker was founded in 1898 as a cabinetmaker by Hermann Häcker and taken over by his son Friedrich in 1938. In 1965, the foundation for today’s economic success was laid by the latter’s son-in-law Horst Finkemeier and wife Renate through the serial production of kitchen furniture.  As an owner-managed family business, Häcker today produces fitted kitchens at five production facilities across two sites in Rödinghausen and Venne. The company offers its retail partners and employees a unique, values-driven corporate culture—reliable, responsible and exemplary.
With its product lines concept130 and systemat, as well as the brands BLAUPUNKT and h│tech for built-in kitchen appliances, Häcker offers a comprehensive product portfolio tailored to a wide range of customers and markets—from value-driven to premium.
